The National Weather Service has issued its last advisory on Tropical Depression 5, as the depression has dissipated. However, the potential for heavy rainfall along the Gulf Coast remains, the NWS said. The tropical storm warning has been canceled, but a flash flood watch remains in effect for all of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi.
