Menge Avenue will be closed to through traffic from Scenic Drive to the railroad tracks, including the intersection of Second Street at Menge Avenue, beginning Monday, Oct. 26, at 8 a.m., for approximately six weeks, ending Dec. 4. Construction crews will be installing sewer and water mains.

Clark Avenue north of West Railroad Street will be closed to thru traffic from Monday, September 28, 2009 – 8:00 AM to Friday, October 2, 2009. Construction crews will be installing storm drainage.
