			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Construction on Davis is scheduled to begin on  Monday.  Construction crews, who are installing new sanitary sewer lines, have been working along the railroad and will now begin working on Davis, heading south towards Handy. As soon as crews reach Handy, one crew will progress south toward Second while another crew installs sewer on Handy.</p>
<p>Davis will be closed to through traffic BUT access to businesses will be open.  That is &#8212; you may want to take Fleitas if you&#8217;re going to the post office, but you can still have lunch at Lucio&#8217;s! And order some business cards at Southern Printing, buy something pretty at Charbonnet Collection, and look at some great office space at C.C. Lynch!</p>
<p>Here is a map of the road closure &#8212; the suggested access to Lucio&#8217;s, Southern Printing and Charbonnet Collection is from East Second Street:</p>
